Team Access & SSO
Access to a License Maxing organization is invitation-based: someone with an owner or admin role invites a teammate, and the invitation determines what they can do.
Roles
- Owner — full control, including billing, member management, and organization settings.
- Admin — manage settings, run syncs, execute offboarding and savings plans.
- Member — view dashboards, reports, and the calculator.
Inviting teammates
- Go to Settings → Members.
- Enter the teammate's work email and choose a role.
- They receive an email and sign in — their account attaches to your organization automatically.
Removing a member revokes their access and active sessions immediately.
Enterprise SSO (Enterprise plan)
Organizations on the Enterprise plan can connect their identity provider (Microsoft Entra) so team members sign in with their corporate credentials.
- Just-in-time access: a user signing in through your SSO connection is matched to your organization by your verified domain. If they haven't been invited yet, they see a pending-access state — SSO never silently creates members, so your member list stays the source of truth.
- Directory sync: with directory sync enabled, membership can follow your identity provider's groups, and deprovisioning in Entra revokes access in License Maxing.
To set up SSO, contact support — we'll provision your connection and walk through verification with your identity team.
